The booking Process :

  • Once we agree on dates, I will email you the rental agreement form.
  • Then, fill in the agreement form, sign it and send it me back. To secure your reservation, we ask for a deposit 10% to 15% of the total amount, depending the period. You can pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard...) or by PayPal.
  • The reservation will be definitely effective as soon as l receive both the signed contract and the deposit. l will then send you an email confirming the reservation and give you all the instructions concerning the check-in.


Payment & check-in :

  • The arrival time is 3 pm and Departure time is 11 am, but you can CHECK-IN 24/24.
  • Possibility of Early Arrival and Late Departure ( according to availability ).
  • I will meet you at the apartment to give you the keys and to provide you all the instructions concerning the accomodation and area facilities. I can otherwise welcome you at the airport and lead you to the apartment ( according to avaibility )  
  • At the check-in, we ask for payement in full.
  • As we know it is always difficult to carry cash in vacation, we don't ask for an other payment for Security Deposit. We trust our clients and they never  failled us.

Cancellation :

  • We will refund your deposit in full if you cancel more than two months before your arrival. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable.
